The home position is defaulted to approximately halfway between the upper and lower limits. However, you might want to adjust this home position to accommodate light control. Adjusting the Home Position is easy!
If you are using the Plus Single Channel remote, click here for the proper steps.
1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to move the shade to your new home position. This can be anywhere between and including the upper and lower limits.
2. Press and hold the menu/right button paddle switch labeled MENU for two seconds until the menu appears displaying 4 lines of text CHANNEL, SHADE, ZWAVE, and BATT OK.
3. Scroll down to and tap the menu/right button on SHADE, tap the menu/right button again on SET HOME.
4. Select the shade number you want to set the home position for by tapping left or right on the menu button. Note: The shade number does not always match the channel number the shade responds to.
5. Press and release the HOME button briefly.
The shade will jog. This means you've set your new home position
