How do I reset the WiFi on my Gateway Pro?

Resetting the WiFi network on the Gateway Pro, follow these steps. 


  1. Press and hold the program button for 2-5 seconds. 
  2. The LED will blink three times per second. 
  3. Once finished, the LED will blink once per second until the gateway is connected to the local Wi-Fi network.

  • App:  On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,
