Resetting the Wi-Fi network on the Gateway Pro, follow these steps.
- Quickly double tap (two taps within a half second) the program button on the Gateway.
- The LED will blink orange once per second until the gateway is connected to the local Wi-Fi network.

- App: On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,
