I am having issues setting up a schedule in my app.

If you are having issues setting up a schedule over Bluetooth, follow these instructions. 

  1. Tap “Routines” bottom center.
  2. Tap “+” to create a new routine.
  3. Add a routine name.
  4. Under “Schedule” tap “+ Add Event” to add a time.
    1. Bluetooth only allows for at-time-of-day routines. Sunrise/Sunset requires the gateway.
  5. Select which days of the week and what time to trigger the routine.
  6. Under “Action” tap “+ Add Action” to add a shade and position it should go to.
  7. Select if it’s a standard shade, dual shade, or Bottom Up/Top Down (BU/TD) shade.
    1. If you have multiple different product types, it is recommended to set up one product type per routine (i.e. all standard shades on one routine, all dual shades on a second, and all BU/TD shades on a third).
  8. Select the shade(s) that will be responding to this routine, tap “Next.”
  9. Move the shade to the desired position for this routine.
    1. You can either move the shade to a specified position or use the close, open, bottom stack, top stack or favorite buttons along the bottom. If the shades are BU/TD and you have saved a custom preset position, tap the star icon to choose which custom preset to send the shade to.
  10. Tap “Save.”
  11. Assign a room, if desired.
  12. Tap “Save Routine.”
