The battery status on my shade or remote appears inaccurate

This typically is seen, when first adding your shade or remote to the Gateway and should be resolved after you run the shade

  • Operate the shade using your app, after which the app should update and reflect the current power level of the shade
  • For remotes, when the remote is used, or associated to the shade the remote power status should update. In some cases, the power status will not update until the next scheduled power check is sent from the Gateway to the remote, which runs on a 12-hour cycle
