The validation email should be received within about 3 min. Typically it is right away or within a min. depending on the speed of the internet. The validation email will be received from: Notification <[email protected]>
· If not received after waiting for about 3 min. or more. Click the “Send Again” button in the app (click the most recent email to complete validation)
· If not received, check your emails spam folder. Some service providers filter/collect automatic emails into a spam collection program
· If not received after verifying spam, and sending again, please contact SWF Customer service by clicking the “help” button at the main account screen. Include your Gateway Serial number and details about the issue
