SOMFY MYLINK™: Can the PIN be Reset?

Need to reset you myLink PIN?  


If you need to change your myLink PIN for any reason, you can easily reset it the it in the myLink app. 


First, navigate to the main menu and into the Mobile PIN section.    Once in that section, you should see your four-digit PIN: 





Once there, select Change PIN.   You'll have the opportunity to create a new PIN for your myLink system.    Make sure the PIN you select is four digits and choose something you'll be able to remember easily.




Important Note:   Once you've changed your myLink PIN, it will also need to be changed on all myLinks and connected mobile devise for your system.   The PIN will need updated on all mobile devices.    Remember they'll need to be on the same WiFi network as your myLink device to join your system.
