How Do I Adjust Soft Start/Stop Settings Using Serv-e-Go?

To adjust the soft start/soft stop speed of shades using the Serv-E-Go site, please follow the instructions below:

Go to somfypro.com and log-in with your account. Then hover over “Services” and select “Serv-e-Go".
Select the installation that you want to modify, then select “Request Access”. The customer will need to access their email and approve the service request.
Once the request has been approved, select the device you want to change, then select “configure” next to which ever start/stop speed you want to adjust.
- Upper end limit start speed
- Down end limit start speed
- Upper end limit start speed
- Down end limit start speed
Use the slider to adjust the speed anywhere between 500ms and 1000ms.
