Use these steps to identify which version of firmware the Gateway is running.
Menu > Gateway Settings > Help
Plug-Hub - The current version is 0.8.544
Atom - The current version is 0.8.537
For additional support:
- App: On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,
